Dr. Anthony Kameen
Dr. Anthony Kameen is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery and Laser Vision Correction (LVC). He has performed over 50,000 LVC procedures. Dr. Kameen is a 1982 graduate of Georgetown University Medical School. He performed his Ophthalmology Residency at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and was Chief Resident of the department in 1986. He performed the first government approved excimer Laser Vision Correction in the Baltimore area. In addition, he performed the first LASIK IntraLase® procedure and the first NearVisionSM CK® procedure in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Kameen has been voted "Top Doctor" in the field of Ophthalmology/Laser Vision Correction in both the Baltimore and Washingtonian magazines. He has also received a "Top Doctor" award from both the VISX Corporation and the LVCI Corporation as one of their most accomplished surgeons. Dr. Kameen has been awarded LVCI's Top Five Award given to their top five LVC surgeons in the country.
Dr. Kameen had LVC to correct his own significant nearsightedness and astigmatism over ten years ago. He still enjoys 20/20 vision which is a testimony to his confidence in the procedure. Robert G. Leikin, O.D.

Dr. Robert Leikin is a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Microbiology from the University at College Park. He has been in private practice since 1984, specializing in co-management of laser vision patients, general optometric services and contact lenses. Dr. Leikin did clinical externships with Dr. Norman Fine in Greenbelt, MD, Dr. John Renaldo in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Dr. Meir Rassin in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Dr. Leikin has been a clinical affiliate of Kameen Eye Associates since 1997. He has examined over 15,000 of Dr. Kameen's refractive surgery patients, participating in both the pre-operative and post-operative care of these patients. His knowledge in the field of laser vision correction and NearVisionSM CK® (Conductive Keratoplasty) greatly complements Dr. Kameen's expertise. On a personal note, Dr. Kameen performed NearVisionSM CK® (Conductive Keratoplasty) on Dr. Leikin in 2003. This has allowed him to eliminate his need for reading glasses.
Sabrina Greenspun Levitt, O.D.

Dr. Sabrina Greenspun Levitt is a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Georgia in 1983. Dr. Levitt's clinical externships included a diverse variation of optometric and ophthalmological sites. These included The Pediatric Unit at The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Omni Eyes Services in Atlanta, Georgia specializing in ocular diseases, Robert Lopanik O.D. in Charleston, South Carolina specializing in contact lens fittings and the Katzen Eye Group in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Levitt has been a TLC affiliate since 1999 co-managing with surgeons in the area. She recently joined Kameen Eye Associates full time in 2005 as a Refractive Specialist.
